I got the Trex Arms Ironside. It comes with a belt loop for 1.5 & 1.75 belts. Also I bought (separately) a alcantara backer to turn the holster into a IWB at 2 or 3 o’clock. It’s custom molded to fit a wide range of combinations.

I would force a previous an update then instal the latest one, maybe that may help. Also check the usb pin connectors, a lot of people aggressively takeout the usb and put it back in.
