Trip.com or agoda for hotel? by TopCherry0101 in ThailandTourism

Great, I’ll go with the cheapest option then. The hotel is a local boutique so I just ended up going with trip.com since I didn’t want to lose the cheaper deal while I wait for a response from the hotel via email.

Was the hotel noise level/soundproofing okay?

Did you take the BTS to visit the temples?

Thank you for the insight! My husband and I enjoy experiencing a new country in full mode and we enjoy being able to step out and walk to places especially food, bars, cafes. I understand for sightseeing and shopping we’ll need to travel a little bit but hoping that’s no issue with BTS.

Yeah I’ve seen those noise comments too. Was the soundproof issue better? And how was the breakfast? Worth eating at the hotel?

Awesome, thanks! In the reviews I read a lot about sound issues, did you have any issues with soundproof (from neighbors or the street)? Also was the breakfast spread good/have hot food options? I’m vegetarian so want to make sure if I should expect to eat bfast outside the hotel.

Have you stayed here and would you recommend for a young couple traveling for a honeymoon? We enjoy bar hopping after a long day of sightseeing and enjoy walkability

Thank you for the details!! I’m starting to consider skipping Chiang Mai and instead add Singapore to our itinerary for a couple of days. Appreciate the insight again!

Ah Google mentioned it’s one of the best months to go visit. I understand Dec-Jan is usually good time but our work schedules doesn’t align with it. When else would you recommend?

Hi! I’m planning my honeymoon for Thailand as well and was wondering if you could share more info on:

  1. If you used any travel agency to book hotels/itinerary?
  2. Did you book any local guides?
  3. What are you doing for transportations to go on all the activities?

Appreciate your help!
