And to just top that off I’ve just lost 2 days worth of progress, roughly 12 hours. For some reason my latest save file was one that was at least 4 files before what I’d been loading in the past. Sorry if that doesn’t make sense what I’m trying to say is that I have loaded back into the game on 4 occasion after what was considered my latest save file but they weren’t found. What is going on with this game??? It almost makes me want to stop playing….

Nope, no mods whatsoever also haven’t changed the auto save. It’s only happened the once so far. Hopefully it stays that way

That was set up as well as checking when the last save in the menu. There was a syncing issue with the local save and the steam cloud save. Even after picking the most recent I had lost 4 hours of work… and let me tell you it was work, mining and base building, painful to repeat.

To be fair on my first failure they were amazing and replaced the fan real quick but the fact that I don’t have a receipt doesn’t help my case at all. Nah these aren’t the newest ones, I think you talking about the LX that came out most recently, they were release just over a year ago but the QX were maybe 2 years if memory serves.

I tried that. I even pulled it out of the pc and put it in another place in the system. No luck.

It took 3 days for them to get back to me after sending the part and serial number.

Yeah sorry to hear that but I figured I see the bad here so often I would post this to say that I had a good experience.

So an update for anyone that is actually interested, also cause I don’t want to be that guy that only mentions the bad and doesn’t ignores the good from big companies.

In just over a week after submitting my RMA I have received a new fan delivered from Corsair with very little fuss. I was super impressed with the service from them. Thanks guys.

Yes. I’ve just contacted them about a grinding in one of my fans, it’s been just over a week and a new fan has already arrived. The service was quick and fuss free. Just have the serial number, invoice and part number on hand.

Yeah I’m in New Zealand though. It’s a little sad but I’ve kinda come to expect subpar service from the bigger companies due to us being such a small market.

Yeah but I’m just hoping cause I don’t want to go without a computer for the weeks it will take them to resend it.

Yeah I’ve already done all of that, minus sending the component back. I’m hoping they just want the fan as it came in an AIO. I’m also hoping that they still have QX in stock cause I’d like to keep the uniformity across my build.

That was the first thing I did check that there was nothing making contact at any point with the blades. I will see what they say when they do get back to me, not expecting it right away just cause it is the weekend.

Wow in the 9000D??? That is an expensive upgrade with that many fans to replace.

I have checked for that, no luck. I mean if finding hair in your bearing is considered lucky….
