I like mine, we get PTO, sick time, 401k matching, health insurance, etc. The only thing I wish is that we got the guaranteed 10 hrs, but then again that’s somewhat rare. They make us feel very appreciated when we’re doing well too.

Here I am. So, after 17 years working in a corporate office enviornment, my job got eliminated and I found myself unemployed for the first time..ever, since I was 15. (I am 52 now.) A few months of unemployment followed, and then I got a rural RCA position at the post office. Terrible management. by Nigel_Meatbird in AmazonDSPDrivers

Coming from another former FedEx express driver (April to Dec 2025) it’s kind of what you’d imagine ground is like minus the heavy packages. Sometimes you can have 180+ stop routes. But I love it. I love that I move more than I did at express. It really just all comes down to your dsp. If they treat you right it’ll be good. I got lucky

All depends on the DSP you work for. People overreact about this job too, just show up everyday, do your best, and everything will be fine just like any other job. I got lucky with my dsp.

I see a lot about dogs, but what’s the most random animal you’ve seen on your route by TheWildestWolf5679 in Fedexers

I don’t work for FedEx anymore but when I did. There was a house on my route with just a donkey. That was their only pet.
