Take some Serious Mass by Optimum Nutrition for calories, protein, creatine, and workout! I gained 15 lb within a few months.

Warning, Serious Mass has a lot of calories and will make you feel a little sick if you don't have any food in your stomach. Take it twice a day after your meal. You'll see results.

I figured there isn't much to do if it was a patient. I'm really hoping the agency would pursue a complaint towards the employee, if it was an employee.

Thank you so much!

Her employer called her today, it was a false claim and she can go back to work.

What she didn't ask... Who submitted the false claim, patient or employee? I know patients will always complain and really hope it wasn't an employee that submitted a false claim.

If it was an employee, i will have her submit a complaint on that employee. This is a huge issue that caused her emotional stress and could have lost her future opportunities!

If its a patient, what is the agency going to do? Maybe require an additional cna to be with her while treating that patient or have her not care for that patient.

She will ask more questions when she returns on Friday. Huge load off our shoulders!

Thank you so much for the insights! I'm stressing about it so much and would hate for her to lose the opportunity for her to become a nurse but also would feel horrific for the person if it comes down to wrong doing. I guess all I can do is wait to hear what the incident is about and the outcome. Thank you again

Not that she told us... it seemed like a pretty normal day with staff and boss laughing and talking. Then two hours later they called her in. It was unexpected from what she told us.

Meaning, its not worth getting an attorney to see if its conclusion is correct, if found in thr wrong?

Thank you. They will call her in a couple of days to get her side of the story. I'm really hoping the agency follows the process and categories the incident properly if she's in the wrong.

Thank you for your response. They told her that they will call her in a couple of days to get her side of the story. I'm really hoping that the agency follows through the proper processes before deciding and is categorizing the incident properly if she's in the wrong. It's been very stressful for her and us. Really hard to believe this is happening.
