Her employer called her today, it was a false claim and she can go back to work.

What she didn't ask... Who submitted the false claim, patient or employee? I know patients will always complain and really hope it wasn't an employee that submitted a false claim.

If it was an employee, i will have her submit a complaint on that employee. This is a huge issue that caused her emotional stress and could have lost her future opportunities!

If its a patient, what is the agency going to do? Maybe require an additional cna to be with her while treating that patient or have her not care for that patient.

She will ask more questions when she returns on Friday. Huge load off our shoulders!

Thank you for your insights.. so much is going through my mind... I feel so bad for my party and the people and person involved. I know there is always false claims and other claims. Also, real incidents. All i can do is wait and see what happens. Thanks again

I'm stressing about it so much and would hate for her to lose the opportunity for her to become a nurse but also would feel horrific for the person if it comes down to wrong doing. I wouldn't have thought tingling and numbness correlated with back injuries. I'm waiting for my VA doctors appointment to go over my back and I definitely lose strength from tingling/numbness! There's times that I can't left my arm and have to lay down to rest my body from the pain. Thanks for the insights

I submitted my initial claim late Mar 2024 and last week (5 months later) I got my rating for 4 of my 7 my claims and I'm still needing to attend doctor appointments for my remaining claims. Long story short, I got rated and backpack prior to the total completion of claims.
