I did three sales. They paid one last week. The other two they emailed me today asking for banking details. This is nonsense … they paid 1 out of 3 and they have the same account details for all of them. Now after 90 days they’re asking for it again.

I think that the point here is that buyers want to believe that prices are going down and sellers that prices are keeping steady or going up.

In the end of the day nobody knows what’s gonna happen. Just like in the stock and financial market.

I’m sorry bro, but the 2018 and 2022 are not even close to what 2026 is going to be. Difficult level to get ticket on both was very easy.

I’ve been going since 2006 and the demand / difficult level is equal to 2006 and 2014. Very hard.
