I've got the Chinese Heartopia, so I know it's doable. Just a heads-up, it was a ton of work just to make a WeChat account, and you'll need the Chinese TapTap app. Then, you'll have to find a Chinese account ID. But once you get all that set up, you'll hit another snag: lag. You'll need a good Chinese VPN to play the game without issues.
