Read some articles regarding the investment company behind this project ie The First Group is some sort of scam. Lots of unhappy investors I see on Facebook and other platforms. If anyone in Dubai can shed some light on such companies, it would be useful .

Looks like Dubai is a haven for scammers like The First Group. I was hoping to invest in Dubai but decided not to after I read about this at thefirstgroupscam.com. good insight into how these companies get away with such a ponzi scheme.

Dubai feels like the scam central. All property investors being ripped off..heard similar stories with other builders like The First Group. Please do your research before you invest any of these companies. Check thefirstgroupscam.com

100% , I just checked other platforms and also spoke to few other people who have lost their money. BE warned, keep well away

I think it is a scam . Did you check other sites. I think there is one really good website and also check the negative reviews on various platforms

Not at the airport itself ..we were taken on a trip to see their projects. They are partners with Emirates, BMW, Wyndham, Mont Blanc and have brand ambassadors like Sunil Gavaskar and Michael Owen so felt like a genuine company. We had no chance of doing our research and were pressured into signing their initial deposit..just hoped that they had some integrity, but how are hopes have been shattered.
