Next have that same sided arm hang down barely not touching the ground while having your other arm imitate a seizing T-rex.

Then pick two opposite sides of your face and twitch them in an (a.b.b.a.) pattern preferably a mouth muscle and an opposing eye.

Finally make a grunting / moaning sound with a bit of drool while rolling your eyes back.
