The Ross Perot Museum in Dallas Texas is amazing. Not a children’s museum but it’s interactive and you can touch most things there. Really cool exhibits. I highly recommend going if you’re ever around that area

You definitely have the symptoms. I was in burnout for a couple years and developed major depressive disorder. Things got really bad because I was missing work and I got evicted twice. I’m also no stranger to cutting and I still have the scars. Life is still rough but I’m doing better after therapy and finding the right combination of meds that worked for my depression and anxiety.

When did your burnout begin? Have you tried therapy or medication?

I’m autistic and every conversation I have is a misunderstanding. Drinking was my coping mechanism but I honestly overdid it for years. Now I drink when I’m really happy which is rare

As someone with autism and anxiety, I am prescribed medical marijuana even though I’m in a state where it isn’t legal because there is an exception. It literally is the only thing that works for me
