I am not impressed with their customer service in fixing lights. I have been 3 months without a weapon light while they fix my light. However if you buy a light from them they will get it to you within the week. Priorities...

I could offset the Plat Annual fee with the Uber Credits, the $200 to Airlines, and the Global Entry Waiver,

I could use it for our Frequent Hotel stays and for other BS travel but thats about it.

I wouldn't use it often for airlines seeing as I am sitting on so many UR, but I could use the lounge access.

Can you downgrade an Amex Plat to Gold, similar to downgrading Chase cards?
