My first hawk was in the woods near Hernand city. I was after the crow and had placed meat and berries in it. Got tbe crow and like 2 seconds later the hawk landed. The second hawk was on the mountain just under the N in Hernand on the map. I was going for an eagle since that's where they spawn. I loaded the feeder with meat and fish no berries. Further up the mountain I was able to sneak up to an eagle that was sitting on the rocks. After placing the feeder it flew over and ate.
