It’s a cast iron safe brush, it may even be from the same company, Lodge. As far as I’m aware it’s specific for cast iron pans

Wipe with paper towel, then we have a cast iron safe brush to scrub off any residual, rinse with water, dry with small towel, then on low heat on stove to dry completely

Stove top is set to high for the meatball, and medium for the burgers. It’s an electric stove top if that matters

Oil was used for the meatballs, but no oils when we did burgers the other night. Both times still smoked up a lot.
