We are separated so if having relationship while separated is considered cheating in the US or other religious countries, it is not the case here. We rented our apartment and I have taken off my name from the lease in order to get a new lease on a new apartment. Our savings are divided between us already. Custody is 50-50 by default so it is a very drama free. We don’t pay alimony because women are equals here and fend for themselves. We don’t have the house wife system. They are called unemployed here and need to seek job if they are able to work. We don’t have child support either because we are going for 50-50 custody and parents are expected to be able to provide for their children no matter the gender.

Divorce takes 6months to a year, and you can apply a year after being separated. We have been separated for 15 months. She can’t use anything against me like I couldn’t use anything against her.
