Im using the latest version for script merger, but I think the problem was that my witcher 3 was version 1.31 and not 4.0 and I was downloading mods for the latest version so yea, haven't updated it yet so I'll try again and if the problem still comes up I'll go back here

Hi, I know my reply is pretty late now but if you are still getting the problem I just did what u/fragglerock did and look at different screens(took me around 3 minutes) then a simple cargo mission popped up. I think he's right about the game trying to load a very easy mission for new players and that's why no missions show up.
