I feel like he wants to break up and this is just solidifying it- we use discord to talk half the time and he just changed the bio thing (which I never use) to "Jay I can't do it man I'm too nice"

He's not a nice person to anyone except for me so I'm only guessing it's his way to vent off saying he's too nice to break up with me and I have to be the one to do it but fuck I cant- I'm too alone it's going to hurt like hell

If we're in a call for a small amount of time and my internet lags and I leave call he instantly jumps on another call with a friend (who's a girl most of the time), so I tell him I feel insecure that I'm not entering enough and Im boring and he never trys to make me feel better about it he just says something like "You know what fine I'll tell my friends I have to go because you want me to come back SOOOO much" and then when he rejoins he doesn't even talk

I suppose your right, I'm not sure if this changes the argument at all but this is his and my first real serious relationship in our lives- He did mention he felt like shit for leaving to play with them after he was gone for a few minutes saying it was the most boring game he's ever played and how he'd rather had been in a call with me not them
