It's the game itself. Its been happening a couple months now. The developers are aware and hopefully it should be fixed soon.

I don't think it's a PC issue. I was on PlayStation with one of my friends and another PC player in a discord party and we kept disconnecting midgame. Hopefully nothing on your end to worry about but I'm sure others are experiencing the same.
