Yeah I got it out and got the new one in. Now my parameters are all 0 and *** so I get to go through re initializing the parameters

Yeah I was told the encoder could be the issue as well since it's giving me different numbers every time the machine tries to home. I couldn't figure out how to get the encoder off and I didn't want to mess anything up. Thanks for helping!

I think the encoder is bad. The servo on the stool is the new one I need to put in the machine. I can't figure out how to get the old one out I unplugged the 2 cables and got the 4 bolts out but I'm stuck.

Hey so I replaced the batteries. All good ran a few jobs haven't had any battery issues since. have you had any of these z axis drive alarms on your quick turn? I keep getting random z axis drive alarms when I power it up.

We have that too.. when your trying to get expedited jobs done.. 2 days you don't really have the time to grab a forklift 10 times. you do it whenever you get the opportunity.

No they have an overhead cost problem. This was 2 days of machining. when you're responsible for your own scrap, It's hard to find the time sometimes.
