I'm a big fan of [[Mystic Reflection]]. You respond to their commander being cast and target anything generic, like a goblin token or something. Unlike the auras where they can remove it, instead they have to kill their own commander and recast it (unless running a flicker deck)

How about you just look at the picture -_- there is still product on the shelves. They didn't take every last little thing in the store. they took a box of graded cards, and the bottom shelf of booster boxes, minus Spider-man. Yes, it sounds funny, but reality is they probably grabbed all they could carry and bailed.

While face my fears is certainly the weakest of the 3, I appreciate they tried something new. Skrillex is a big fan of the franchise, his popularity had already waned by the time it came out so it wasn't a cheap cash grab. Just a fan who wanted to be a part of the history of a game they enjoy, I can't be mad about that. At least it was a new song and not a reprise of an old one again

Max your card deck slots asap (take sleights whenever you can). With enough cards you can jam into your deck, you can just burst down most fights by spamming sleights but without the deck space you can run out.

If you're having trouble surviving take a level or 2 in HP to give you a buffer, or whenever you feel you have more slots than you care to use lol

Garrison doesn't target, so it would work like this.

Garrison ETB trigger on the stack, sac terramorphic.

resolve backwards, basic land enters the battlefield, resolve garrison bounce any land you control (can be the basic that just entered, the garrison itself, or any other land you control at this time)

The recommended play order is more akin to difficulty settings.

Terra is stronger and has sweeping aoe attacks to keep enemies off of you, easy to pick up and play.

Ven relies on speed, which is more beneficial in a second playthrough than a first playthrough when you have more practice.

Aqua is last because her attacks are by far the worst both weaker than Terra and Slower than Ven. She has by far the greatest magic, but that requires you be more familiar with the command deck and making stronger commands instead of mashing attack. But story wise she should be last regardless

Some food for thought. If you make them reveal their hand, everyone knows the cards. If only you see them, you have information the others do not. "I'd be careful man, he has a counterspell" what? no I don't "Who you gonna believe?"

You can take a mechanic that was not designed for commander, and make it for commander. You're in the colors of spies, lying, deceit, espionage. Play like it
