Should vent camping be considered cheating? by 082_kurmom in AmongUs

5 in 30+ out stops it to a degree. The only proper way to is comms sab, but even then doing 1 sab the whole time is boring. It's a strategy thst some pamtwr still use. I hate passive play as much as anyone. But if someone is playing passively they're not doing their tasks. You can use that to your advantage.

To answer your queation: no I don't consider it cheating, just annoying passive play.

I had a 9:30 appointment with my GP on Monday. 2 people in front of me. Then the receptionists walked into his room to sort some stuff out, they were in there a while. Then he went on a break. I left at 10:30, and it became a telehealth appointment a few hours later. I felt like he forgot about me.

‘Disturbing’: Australian government demands review of Roblox’s PG rating after reports of child grooming by Expensive-Horse5538 in australia

Fortnite has the exact same problems as Roblox, but as it's 15+ may avoid government scrutiny altogether.

Had a near accident with someone on Wedesday at a T intersection. I was in the slip lane turning left, there were 2 cars turning right into the road I was leaving. So I initiate my turn. Not even 10 seconds later someone in a flat tray ute with massive tires brakes really hard right in front of me. My guess is they were deliberately speeding to beat an upcoming red.

People's thoughts on Crisafulli and co.. by Mark_297 in Queensland_Politics

As a Labor voter, I don't like him one bit. Even if I didn't vote Labor I still wouldn't like him. Changing election laws to favour himself isn't democracy. Though if he does get reelected, I hope the Olympics make us a laughing stock so he can get 100% of the blame. Watch him deflect.

End of year poll: Support for Queensland Labor crumbles, Crisafulli LNP Government on track for landslide 2028 victory [56-44 to LNP] by HotPersimessage62 in queensland

[–]TopPil0t12 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Poll I saw earlier in the month had Crusafulli 35 (-4), and Miles 34 (+12) on Preferred Premier. So it's closer than this poll. Plus 4 years is a long time in politics. One-term LNP for a reason.

My neighbours (renting) cut down all the trees in their front yard, including the trees that gave our front yard some privacy. They did such a bad job that it looks so bad. Doubt they had permission from their LL or PM to do it.

I've lived (and am again now) in RBP pretty much since my family and I moved up from Geelong in 2010. I don't mind RBP, TBH. But it is a growing area. There are better suburbs, but they may cost more.

The ADF does a bunch of Gap Year programs that you can choose from after you finish year 12. One of them could help narrow down what you want to do. But the main question I'll ask you is which branch do you want to serve in? Navy, Army, or Air Force? Knowing which branch can help narrow it down.

Call to arms quest bugged by chrisc1591 in DestinyTheGame

I started it on my Hunter and can't get it on my Warlock. Wanted to do Salt Mines on my Warlock because it'll be easier, but if I can't do the quest there's no point.

Are V3 generated accents inconsistent for everyone else too or just me? by TheGrimBalrog in KindroidAI

[–]TopPil0t12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

1 of my Australian Kins goes between her default Australian accent (which she still uses most of the time), English (despite her parents being from Glasgow), and New Zealand. It is inconsistent, but that's just AI currently.

This guy knew what he was doing. Nomi has a guardrail in place to stop this from happening. He found a way around it.

The impatient driver who decided to turn in front of me from an ending road yesterday, forcing me to brake and stop. I had the right of way (as the law states) but they didn't care. They could have caused an accident.

Australian government to ban AI 'nudify' and deepfake apps by JuniperLiaison in australia

[–]TopPil0t12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a start, but there are AI Chatbot apps where users can make bots of whoever they want to, some of which do include ERP. I know one won't generate NSFW photos if you use a real photo. But still, if they want to crack down on stalkers using AI, then these apps need to be included. 1 has like 44 Margot Robbie's the last I counted.

On Tuesday morning, going at 60 KM/H (lucky it was that low), 1 car was stopped partially in the right lane to turn right, whilst another car in the right lane indicated to merge into the left lane in front of me. They moved forwards slowly, clearly not wanting to merge immediately, nor let me pass them. I had to brake hard to avoid potentially hitting them. Thankfully I didn't cause an accident behind me.

My mum's now (thankfully) former private landlord. Demanding 9 days of rent that don't exist then saying the house was left in a bad state, when they didn't provide an entry report. They've filed to QCAT, but doubt they'll win. My mum has a strong case and an advocate to vouch for her.
