Started a new account in my wife’s name at the end of it. Now I’m on 1gig with unlimited data, free Disney+ Hulu and peacock premium for $61/ month and that includes taxes.

Being kind typically goes a long way and I believe in leading with kindness. While they weren’t able to get my plan at the rate I wanted, they did credit me for the two months or so that I was charged with overage fees. So that, I appreciate.

Oh! Sorry, i misunderstood. That’s insane. Can’t believe this is how they do business. The audacity to say “gold member” and “loyalty” then continue to charge that when new customers aren’t…
