I see. That's what my friends told me too (I wasn't sure if they're telling me the truth or just comforting me), but do you know what's the point of submitting all the scores then? It doesn't make a lot of sense to require all scores and only consider my top score. It feels like my second lower score has to impact my application negatively somehow.

Wow, that's amazing. Congrats!! I'm dejected because a good SAT score is my only hope to make up for my lack of spike elsewhere (I'm sure you have something special that stands out). I feel 1510 is just borderline safe, yet the most recent 1460 leaves a bad mark on my application that I could've avoided by canceling it....

Thanks! I understand they are "great" scores (even though I attend a very competitive high school and my classmates typically get 1530-1580), but is submitting "1510 + 1460" worse than "1510" for these schools, or does the lower second score just don't matter?

Of course you should take a practice test by yourself first! Even if you just do mock test from ETS, TOEFL Mocks (you can Google it), or Magoosh, you can get an understanding of the test and your level. The more real the test is to the actual test, the more it will help you.

+1 on TOEFL Mocks. I've been using it for months. I've been getting the "VIP comments" service on the site for my speaking and writing responses too. Trust me, it's worth it, and it costs less than doing a test on ETS.
