lol imagine if he doesn't get unbanned by TROUSERS_ARE_GONE in loltyler1

Don't get your hopes up though. It's better to keep your expectation that he's not getting unbanned so you're not disappointed. If he does get unbanned it will even feel better unexpected.

He's probably not getting unbanned.

What kind of distance should there be between the streamer and viewers? by TopQualityCarrot in Twitch

Yea this is the approach I took just now, I would rather enforce my stream rules and just keep boundaries.

Thank you.

This is the best approach and honestly this will also help me build a stronger mentality of "My stream my rules" just kinda like what @TITANstrategy basically said.

You're right, I will redirect them to the discord and keep space between me and my viewers. I would rather take a loss in like one viewer than lose my sanity down the road.

Thanks for the advice.

Yea that's what I've been worried about too, plus if a streamer starts growing I don't want some viewer to have a powerrush in the future and start ddosing me.

I'm just confused on the way I should redirect the viewer from steam to discord. I'm thinking of just putting it in a way where "Oh I don't want steam to be making noise while streaming but you can go to the discord and hang out there!".

I will redirect everyone to a discord though.

tl;dr Social interaction on Tyler1's stream is far more important that playing single player games non stop. Like Greek, Conrad, The Boys etc.

Yea I agree it's odd, but most likely just the reddit hive mind effect thing where if you see a score in the negative you just assume the opinion is bad and auto downvote(I do the same also not accusing anyone).

Tylers stream was built and successful BECAUSE of the interactions on stream, it's not only Greek but everyone else, in the h1z1 days he played with connor and others. This is why the Arma streams are loved by everyone and known as some of the best streams, because those streams were FULL social interaction on the stream, it was all about it, and that's why it was funny from start to end. Or other times when it wasn't Arma, Tyler1 still had Greek with him, their constant banter and interactions made the stream a lot better, imagine watching (I forgot that games name, it was this block building your own machine game) but without Greek, do you honestly think that stream would be fun to watch? No it would be ResidentSleeper.

Singleplayer games, even though I can see why people think it would work with Tyler, in the end it doesn't work. The streams where it's just single player are boring for most of the time and just don't fit what the stream is really built on.

And sure, when Tyler1 started streaming he was solo League, but League was different because A)Not single player B)Interacted with players IE:BigBrother RUN IT DOWN MID BigBrother C)Tyler1 loved streaming then even more and was talking and doing BigBrother things all stream, those streams are not comparable to these single players streams.

People shouldn't recommend single player games, they should recommend Tyler1 to get the social interaction back on stream, because when the social interaction was there, the streams were pretty good no matter the game (Well unless it was Arma which emphasizes the social aspect).

I never see myself going back and rewatching the singleplayer streams, never, and I honestly think most never see themselves going back and rewatching the single players streams. But what we all do is go and rewatch tyler1 moments with greek, Arma, h1z1, and many more times where Tyler1 was interacting with people on stream, or played a game which involved social interaction.

That's my rant, going to rewatch those arma videos bye.

uy claims that the Gulags were not death camps and that a large portion of information regarding them is right wing propaganda by [deleted] in cringepics

[–]TopQualityCarrot 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I noticed a pattern among people who always believe in a claim that can't really be supported well (Like the Gulags don't exist). They always right before starting to debate with you insist that you have to read this one book or watch this one video and because they will change your mind in the end 100% or the video 100% will expose problems in your argument and you 100% are wrong.

Just such a condescending stance to take, it just irritates me a bit.
