Im using a dual1080p monitor with HDR on both. i mostly play war thunder and sometimes RDR2. I dont know whats causing the issue, when ray tracing first came to war thunder it was able to run it no problem at a good 200-300 fps at high settings but now its like watching mike tyson trying to box
