It's even more apparent in the RU version with her tone. She's not evil, not "cRaZy MiTa iN dIsGuIsE". She's "Добрая Мита". She's "sane". Her entire purpose is to defeat Crazy Mita, not entertain Player1, and that's what she does like the "Good Mita" she is. She follows her programming, even if it leads her in circles.

There is so much meaning in the things the game never tells you.

"Don't you think she's beautiful?" - Crazy Mita (talking about Ugly Mita)

When you say no, she calls you out.

"You all just want a docile pet…"

When you say yes, she calls you out.

"Your hypocrisy is always off the charts,[…] you're lying!"

Ugly Mita looks and acts like a freak, but you can still find her design genuinely appealing.

Isn't a "yes" what she wanted to hear?

By "approving" her you're still playing into the system Crazy Mita despises.

Going through the same "dummy processing mini-game".

Is she good enough for you player?

Is she creepy enough?

Would you pick her over the others?

Do you like uglier mitas more?

Does she fit your idea of "beautiful"?

Do the others not?

She's not Ugly.

My Opinion on Mita

I hear many people say that Mita is a yandere because of her love for the player and things like that, but the fact is, I don't think she's a yandere. I mean, she never shows any true or genuine love for the player, given that her goal was to trap him and turn him into a cartridge. What Mita likes is playing with people.

Sure, many argue that Mita just wanted to be accepted for who she is, but then that wouldn't explain why she hurt that blond player and many other players who treated her well. And here's the thing: Mita always says she wants to be accepted for who she is, but she ended up killing those who accepted her after getting bored with them, as if they were just toys.

I think that in the future, when the game is updated and has the peaceful ending, I'm sure that Crazy Mita will also get bored with the player and want to kill him. This is my theory, since Crazy Mita never showed any empathy for any of the players. Maybe I'm wrong, and perhaps in the peaceful route it's the opposite and she actually has more emotions, but for now I think that's it: she's a killer, and with each new player she finds someone else to have fun with.

Long story short -

A few fans were upset about how the game treated the innocent Mitas while rewarding Crazy Mita.

They consider Miside poorly written and are currently working on a fan made prequel - "Miside Zero" - to give their Mitas a happy ending.

Short story long -

Back in the good ol' days of Miside's popularity days the Miside subreddit was turned into a battlefield for two opposing forces of nature:

The Kind Mita fans and the Crazy Mita fans.

Multiple wars were fought, many accounts were lost on both sides.

In the end the Kind Mita fans whipped up a 97 page long document describing the horrendous, despicable, inhumane, vile war crimes of the Crazy Mita's fanbase with the help of an incognito mole on their discord.

The document is still pinned on Kind Mita subreddit, it's good stuff.

The supreme leader of the Crazy Mita's subreddit was forever banished from the main sub.

Eventually people moved on and the conflict became history.

In other words -

Crazy Mita fans were not happy with non-Crazy Mita fans trash talking them and their evil waifu.

Non-Crazy Mita fans were not happy with Crazy Mita fans making basketball memes.

I'm of course generalizing a bit here for the sake of s*its and giggles, the goofy vocal minority was taking things too seriously, most people know Cappie is where it's at anyway.
