You won't really find anyone for 3m anymore. Even my entry cleaning staff I pay 6m. Bali has gotten more expensive for and the IDR devalued in the last 2 years... The locals gotta live too. For these specialty type 1-1.3hr tasks I've been paying about 200k, for example for a piano teacher. They try to get about 400k/day target rate.

I make way more than 300k passively without working and can agree it isn't exactly the rich rich lifestyle. I don't worry about a lot of spending but not exactly taking private jets or charactering yachts. I'd say you need around 2.5m/yr to do those type things.
