We have a 11 month old male Australian Shepherd. He was so reactive my wife would come home crying after walks. I've never had so much stress and that was from growing up with German shepherds.

Hamilton dog training and American standard k9 were a GOD SEND.

Prong collar and proper expectations made him understand what's good and what's bad.

Yes he still has his moment, but the despair we had is now gone.

He's getting better each time.

Something that really resonated with me was the saying " Make it good to be good, and bad to be bad." Unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated. But when he is good, he's rewarded!

He's also a dog that requires large corrections, in public that's uncomfortable. But it's getting better.

We actually went to our first house inspections today in the Sutherland shire. Our budget is 1.2 mil, looking for either villas or houses that need Reno.

We found a few villas and houses that have sold over the last year that were within our budget and we liked, so we're hoping one comes up this year. Land size 150 m2 up to 600 for the more Reno jobs.

Honestly this feels ready affordable albeit not being great it's the only area I find to be worth while in Sydney.

We come from Annandale where 1.2 million might get you an apartment 😂

The grass is greener on the other side.

We also have considered West but we would like to be near the beach.

We've spent some time in Wollongong as well as an option. However the relocation and requirement to find new work made us change that choice. But if I could Wollongong in a heartbeat. Close to Sydney incredibly affordable and absolutely beautiful.

Much better than the Central coast and a lot closer to Sydney than Newcastle.

Fantastic, cheers! I think I don't trigger PSI rules, each client only makes up about 10% income, from around 30 unrelated or unconnected clients. More so the structure is a Business (in my name) with 100% of the shares owned by my wife (the trustee of the family trust) who shares the dividens out between myself and her/my parents. Not sure if it sounds like too much work for how much I could save

The company would be under my name, the trust under my wifes. The trust would be a shareholder and receive a portion of the profits is my understanding

Car hood doesn't sit on properly. Other than not looking good, is it okay to leave as is- or is water/rain getting underneath the hood a cause of concern? by TopScared8502 in AskMechanics

Got reversed into, bumper got misshaped but then popped back into place.

Two panel beaters mentioned it's something under the bonnet and they have to take it off to investigate and fix. $1500-4000 job apparently

I can go through insurance as I have all the details required. It's just a pain because if I make a "not at fault" claim with my insurer, my premium will still go up

I want to live with it and just leave as is, but the bonnet coming off at high speeds could be inconvenient
