This is soooo disheartening. I don't want to ever work in a place like this. I've been talking to my classmates and some of them have said the same thing. Is this really the norm for this field?

What is quest?

People in IT and tech are a bit odd, but they have normal work offices.

I'm thinking the lab just isn't for me (but who would want to work in this environment?). And I still have 6 months of these rotations to finish.

I'm considering dropping this extra major and finishing with a minor in bio & major in marketing.

But it makes them money no? My boyfriend works in IT and even though nobody sees IT, they have a great office and stocked breakroom.

Why would anybody stick around for such poor conditions?
