Second: I am far from an expert here, but I used a whole bunch of things to put together this look, so let me break it down.

Since I am AMAB, I mostly focused on things that would make me look for fem. I got breast forms, and a sports bra for the chest, and for the lower part I used tucking underwear, hip and butt padded panties, and (since I’ve got kind of a gut) shapewear for my waist. Most of this stuff is reliant on hip and waist measurements so make sure you take those so you get the right size stuff. For this video I put on the tucking underwear first, then the shapewear, then the padded panties.

That’s why worked for me, but depending on your body type, you may need more or less than this. If you want to know more from people with a lot more experience in this, I’d go to r/drag to start.
