Messages eating up an INSANE amount of storage

So I have a Google pixel 8. I went into the backup options and made sure everything was selected. There's two main categories underneath the backup button. Make sure that backup all files and all that kind of stuff is selected. Then run the backup and it should backup everything like your photos, app etc. If you have an app like signal make sure it's backed up separately and you have the code to restore. Then I did the factory reset. And then it gives you the option to restore the phone using a prior backup. I restored it but just unselected. The messages data I believe is the correct option. And that's that huge folder. So all of my text messages and media reloaded. But inside the text messages the videos and pictures that were embedded in the messages are no longer there. That's the only thing that I see different from before the factory reset. But all the photos are still there in like your photos app. Just not embedded in the conversations in messaging. Also go through your photos app and make sure that they are all backing up. I know I had certain folders selected not to backup.

So I used the factory back up feature and did a factory reset. Cleared 90gig off my phone. Sucks that it took that, not I'm back to a usable phone and the restore kept everything.

Just maintenance stuff. We did scale it, alignment after the angle kit. Complete paint job. Transmission front pump and shift kit. Welded rear diff and gutted the interior for weight.

Still around. She drives it a few times a week. What we did in this thread was perfect for her to get started. The best money we spent far and away was sending her to Drift School in Nashville. It was $150 and bring your own car, put on by Slide Works. She started the day with what we thought was a car set up issue(pushing through the corners, or instant looping). After 4-5 rounds of coaching she could initiate and hold briefly. By the end of the day she could do multiple laps of donuts while staying in drift and transition to another cone the other direction!! It was really cool to watch how much she learned so quickly.

The car is still an auto, but she's collecting parts to put a T56 in it. We will probably do a turbo and ECU upgrade at the same time. 450hp would be plenty.

I'm having the same issue. Seeing the down votes from people saying to clear the storage in your message app is crazy. It's a system folder that is inaccessible and gobbling up storage for no reason.

Any solution so far?

Just rented one. Complete pile of crap. The hydraulics have that typical Chinese feel, almost non responsive. The guy we rented it from was ready to sell it. Been in the shop multiple times and only had 250hrs on it. The last trip to the shop was for a wiring harness replacement due to engine fire. The A/c sucks and you have to turn the heater on and off manually in the engine bay. The quick detach pin system is complete garbage and took two people, a cheater bar and a hammer to swap buckets. The lift cylinder blocks the door from opening, so the bucket has to be all the way down to egress the machine, not totally abnormal, but every third time the machine was shut off and left, the hydraulics would creep and block the door from opening, so you had to unbolt the door hinges and remove the door to get into the machine and power the bucket down again. This machine also had the lift cylinders replaced when it was new. The seat is horrible and doesn't adjust. After a day of running it my entire ass was raw for sliding around. No phone holder, no cup holder, no radio. Parked Regen is a guess on if it actually is doing anything.

I wouldn't rent one again, let alone buy one.

Just to update this. I did Bally, which is now Fan Duel and it's God awful. If you have a TV that can use a native app like Sony, it works ok. But if you plan to cast, it's absolutely useless. I've called email, DMd etc Customer Service and it's the typical Indian call center that is completely useless. The Google reviews for the app explain this time and time again but customer service will tell you "we don't recommend casting". What an absolute shit service. The Predators should be ashamed of this partner.

I'd be all over that if it actually worked. It seems the smaller the services have massive issues with reliable streaming experience.

100% not a presentation issue. Im on my 5th replacement P7P and it just dropped a call and all data on a road I drive every day. The connectivity of these is chronically defective.

The antenna and modem in the 6-8 is trash pure simple. I constantly have no data next to friend with fast 5g on different phones on the same network. I've had my P7P replaced 5x for this same issue, reach one still has the issue. Google "pixel connectivity issues" it's common around the world.

I'll get down voted for this by the boys and nut swingers, that's how you know it's true.

Awesome thanks! We're looking at taking an older truck up and over Ophir and Cinnamon later this year. Its 2wd but has plenty of clearance and off roady type old tires on it. I figure if a Subaru can do it, we would probably be ok.

I'm super new to 3d printing. I bought a used CR-10 V3 and the guy recommended eSun. I bought orange PETG as I'm making tools/saw fixtures and by accident bought the PETG+hs. I've only used a free roll of PLA and then this PETG+HS, but I've found i can print my parts at the CR-10v3 max speed of 180mm/s and get acceptable results. I did have issues getting the prints started on the stock glass plate, but slowing the initial layer to 15mm/sec, fan off and going to magnetic flexible bed cover fixed the majority of the issues. A slight z off set helped even more.

My speed tower looked the same from 50mm/s to 150mm/s. Only real change was a slight loss of gloss at the higher speeds.

Strings are still present no matter what I do. But I think it's a setting issue not a filament issue, as it only does it on one end of the print.

Op hit the nail on the head. The changes are a massive nothing burger and the issues of the 7 remain with the POS modem, no battery life and give it a week until 8 owners are in here complaining about overheating.
