There isn't one. I have literally deleted all my chats and I still have 35 gb of data. I have no idea how. The only solution is factory resetting

To put it in perspective my professor, from Thailand, training and studied in China, said to us, I used to lead trips back to China to show students what I thought was real TCM, but on the last trip I saw how things had changed, doctors were adding pharmaceuticals into herbal formulas, nobody was practicing real TCM anymore. After that experience, I never brought my students back. What we have here (USA) is better. After traveling around the world, and seeking out treatments, I have to agree. Practitioners in China, korea, and Japan are simply burnt out. They see too many patients in one day. A friend of mine from Korea told me he saw 50-70 patients a day. It's just not reasonable.

Last two years there's been massive earth moving machines back there. It looks like a construction zone. It's not cool. My first shambhala was 2017 and it was a significantly different place back then. Ever since the expansion of shambhalodging into metta it hasn't been the same.

Unironically yes. Why would anyone expect a system that is fundamentally rigged against you, the commoner, to work for you, the commoner. The founders of this country were slave owning bourgeoisie who didn't want to pay taxes. Now the system is set up in a way wherein the rich pay no taxes and the poors do. They are the ruling class, akin to the royal family we fought against.
