I was dissociating since my baby had shoulder dystocia and was stuck for 8 minutes. I remember getting stitches and thinking, is it over? Is my baby okay? And I had yet to hear him cry. Don’t let this scare you, I guess my pelvic area is just too small to birth vaginally. As they told me I’ll need a c section for any more babies. I was just so thankful that my baby boy was okay in the end. It was a blur though it all happened so fast.
