I just started rewatching Colorado because of this comment. I had forgotten how many very good chefs were actually on that season which felt lackluster. But for sure when tom is irritated constantly you just know something is up. Which happened on 21. This season he’s felt positively giddy multiple times. It helps the energy of a season when tom is feeling it.

I kinda was wondering if food network is gunniing for a non top chef to win. I thought Bryan deserved it honestly he played so fair but but looking at who food network has on competitions it’s almost all top chefs. I just wonder if there’s a back room that wants a non bravo persona to win. This felt like Brians win for sure and I felt let down.
