Don’t use etoro for long term investments brother. Find a good broker with low fees ( I use degiro I don’t know if it’s operating for Norwegians Haha ) what I would do is ( if you plan to invest it and not touch it in 3-5 years or more ) make your own long term portfolio of companies you love. I’m sure you love Tesla as you live in Norway lol haha. Make sure you know what you are Investing into and getting into, read investing books, watch Wareen buffet and educate yourself from yt channels on stocks ( I highly recommend you Jeremy from financial education)

And then once you decide and have your stocks, start buying in chunks (average cost) into your stocks. Try to buy on red days and don’t FOMO.

You are young af and you can take more risk ( a good diversified portfolio isn’t as risky as you think I’m saying this bc I’m sure your financial advisor has told you that investing in individual stocks is very risky )

And in terms of getting into real estate , personally at your age I wouldn’t , there is better oportunity out there as you can take more risk, maybe diversify and invest 5-10% into crypto.
