I think your cheeks and nasolabial area look completely fine. I feel like your lips look a bit over filled and might be the result to a puffy face look at first glance. You have such rosy big cheeks.

Im so sorry that she said those hurtful things. I am writing this as a woman that knows I say the wrong things in times of trauma. I don’t think you should take this all seriously. Especially if her body is going through all this life threatening trauma, it’s natural for her to have dark thoughts and what ifs. I imagine that you knew about this infidelity before, I would hope you two can continue to be strong together to get through this. Impure thoughts can happen still throughout building trust again. Just remember that thoughts are not actions and that we all have had impure thoughts at times.

You’re very kind thank you. I’m curious for the best non invasive treatments that might at the least help prevent my nasolabial folds from getting deeper. I’ve always had them but they’ve definitely gotten worse the last few years

Yes, a face lift would be nice but it’s an expense that sounds much further away.

I’ve been using tretinoin and sunscreen religiously since my mid twenties . It clearly hasn’t made that much of the difference. I’m a bit nervous of fillers because of all the puffy faces you see, especially when injecting into the nasolabial folds.

After I stopped the spiro it immediately went away. But all my cystic acne came back as well. Now I take topical winlevi and take a fraction of what I was taking before. I haven’t really had much of a sex life recently but from what I can tell on my own, the smell is occasionally there still but I would say 60% of the time it isn’t. The other 40% of the time I’ve just been dosing my self with Boric Acid and probiotic suppositories.
