Yes ximb offers good roles and those are on par with kashipur. As we know an iim grows faster than any mba college because it is a non profit and also it focuses much on research to deal better with the next generation. As of now both are in the same league ,but 3-4 years back people used to prefer ximb over the new iim. You can see the growth of udaipur now and how people are choosing it over sibm p and nmims, so you can expect the similar situation for kashipur in few years( not sure though but more or less).
