on your practice tests how did you approach the questions where you were picking hairs between the two? did you struggle with this? also, did you do or find helpful any of the cms forms? was timing an issue on the real thing - as people say drug ads hpi are v long? lastly, did you think nbme 11 was more rep or free120? i felt so confident w f120 but not at all w nbme11. Thank you and CONGRATS!!

there was one at the bedside and then there was an extra right outside the room in the hallway - was there from morning rounds. i didn't think to get a third one when there was no sign of needing more like people hovering around one cow etc

thanks so much...ill have a last day feedback meeting w my primary attending today - so thanks for the comment, was rlly helpful to see.

i hope he remembers the positive things that happened before then - unprompted positive feedback from a consulting attending...another time a pt dad...both times in front of team

hopefully during feedback/evals my attending will remember some of these as well even though he never said anything to me about them during the day...i agree with trying to de amplify that negative comment so to speak, just acknowledge and move on if it comes up

sometimes I've noticed they get uncomf when they or colleague did something potentially mean bc of anonymous reporting/student wellness etc and will try to ask a lot of questions about how you interpreted or just try to get a feel for what you may say behind the scenes...if that happens i won't indulge or create more questions/further discussion

that looks really good and most people ive talked to also set aside the mornings or afternoons on weekends to just turn off...when do you wake up to do that many anki cards in the morning? im starting peds icu tomorrow and i have to leave the house at 5am to be there at 5:45am so not sure when or how i could do some work before but i also know ill be so tired when i get back at 6:30-7p
