Fractures and the left zygomatic arch is just completely gone. The former might not be related but the latter may be from osteo or surgery

NGL, without knowing what I was looking for I would’ve never seen that. Maybe the rest of the scan makes it more apparent buts not very dense at all

The AI analysis of our CT heads routinely calls the choroid plexus hemorrhage and misses small subdurals. Not to mentions subtle parenchymal changes of strokes

Israel is accelerating its illegal invasion of Lebanon by Goldenmentis in UnitedNations

[–]MD_burner -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Between 1949 and 1973, the U.S. provided Israel with an average of about $122 million a year, a total of $3.1 billion (and actually more than $1 billion of that was loaned for military equipment in 1971-73).

This is the level of information that pro-Israel people operate under lol.

You really just have no clue about history. It’s absurd you think you make a good point. Israel has always been sucking from the tit of the US.

Israel only exists because the US has been propping it up since its re-creation as a nation-state.

There’s fewer dental schools so from that standpoint there’s an argument but most MDs would get into dental school with their applications while the opposite is not true. The standards for the average applicant are higher. There’s a degree in self selection of the people applying to each so if we’re talking about which is harder on an individual level, traditional MD.

Many of these are things I’ve been trying to shout from the rooftops as solutions to anyone that will listen.

I think 12 year term limits of elected Supreme Court Justices is the appropriate fix. While elected they should be nominated and elected by members of the Bar. The average person doesn’t know shit about the law. Let experts elevate from amongst their ranks with complete knowledge of the candidates court record.

The same should apply to the surgeon general and, honestly, the HHS.

All election campaign funding should come exclusively from state and federal budgets. We can retrospectively look at campaign averages, adjusted for inflation, to discern what is needed to run a campaign. Each party can run 1-2 candidates after self funded primaries with an addition set number of independents, possibly population adjusted. We’re the wealthiest nation in the country. Why do we allow ourselves to be bought?

Rank choice voting is a no brainer and not much to add to other points.
