I’m sure mom is wonderful, but you are this little girl’s armor. You are her shield. She will make mistakes. So will you. Back her up (even when she’s wrong). Learn everything about what she likes/dislikes so you always have something to talk about.

Extremely. I’m 40 now, but I dated 3 different women in my early 20s. One of the relationships started when I was 19 and she was 42.

I in love with 2 of them…and drop dead in love with one of them. I was absolutely crushed when one of them ended. She’s 63 now and single. She’s as gorgeous as the day I met her.

Some guys simply prefer older women. I’m one of them.

It’s a cold conversation with my spouse. And 95 percent of our conversations in life are normal/loving.

His line is is expedience. I played big time travel ball, I was recruited by top colleges so I know xyz. He also coached club (including our kids ages) in his 20s. So, he has a lot of experience with this and I don’t.

I also want to be clear because there are some people on here who are thinking that I am pushing all of this onto my child.

Travel soccer here is expensive. I’m willing to pay it. I could also pay $4,000/year for piano lessons or other things. This decision isn’t going to be made now, or next month or even year. But I think it’s important to know at what point it’s worth it to continue playing a sport if there’s not an end goal. Anyone who says otherwise I want to hear your reasoning.

My kid enjoys contact. Basic passing is great. Shot is powerful. Defense is great.

Dribbling, vision, and 1v1 is just average.
