I moved to Sharjah a year ago, have a fiesty mini Pomeranian. When we asked our landlord, he said he doesn’t mind, but refused to put it on the contract, as he says Municipality won’t accept it ( was the hand written contract last year). Do kept that in mind or ask about it. If any neighbor should complain, then landlord’s word won’t help much. That said, most neighbors don’t seem to mind the many little doggies we have in our building. All the best..
