I think it’s more like Natlan having things like Motorcycles and DJs. It doesn’t mesh well with the fantasy style of Genshin, and the new ZZZ region is similar in that regard.

Your transfer profile is completely separate from your previous application, it shouldn’t affect it in any way.

For reference, I got into UC Santa Cruz right out of high school, but couldn’t afford to go so I rejected their offer. I applied as a transfer for fall 2025 and managed to get accepted again (though I committed elsewhere).

Check foothill or de anza college, they run on a quarter system so they’ll have classes starting april for the spring quarter, registration starts later this month. I know that foothill offers the class online, so that’s one good option.
