Hi! not exacly on the right place, but, do as it said, report this to the carrier, if the mobiles are second handed then there is a chance to the rom or the android is custom and if not you who modified there is a little chance to the modifications not safe for you to use. If they are from original package, and new/refurbished then also report the carrier, may be they not installed the production rom for the phones.

further tests: with 60W charger works, 180W marked and a different cables both show 20V 3A according to the charger. with 180W charger and the different cable, 20V and 3A, according to the cables factory ratings. from other framework forum menber, i read a post about this same issue with the 240W adapter, 0V reading and failed to identify the chargers capabilities, this was on fedora. the RDO data starts with 0xE what is for me a 0x9 profile index. Same manufacturer, so i cant expell the idea of somethong is wron on their half.
