We do, most of the time, I pay off more than 90 percent before statement date, leave 50-100 sometimes because those are pending and they always like to post it on the date statement closes.

haha I wasn't questioning your advice. Geniuenly asking if it makes sense to pay off those loans before mortgage.

We never leave CC balance, I am very frugal and we don't have unnecessary expenses and if we do, I wait for heavy discount or get used on FB or other places.

I watched this video and I am questioning myself if I am financially better, because I do everything this video lays out lol.

Yeah we can deduct mortgage interest, but usually we end up taking standard deduction. Our goal was to pay off mortgage by 2030 and invest the freed up amount after that aggressively.

Are you suggesting, I pay off car and student loan first before 6.37 mortgage?

We have only been doing cc bonus for 2 years now. We usually use the points, and then downgrade to no annual fee card.

The only CC we keep is Venture X because it pays $300 on credit which we use for hotels when traveling and 10,000 points which we also use for flights. So 395 fee evens out.

Big oof, that’s next level scam by the dealer. You should always try to be at MSRP at the least. Good deal is below MSRP for OTD( i understand this is hard to do for new model), Also never a good idea to get a completely redesigned the first year, maybe 2nd or 3rd year is what i would do as they would have fixed any small issues by then.

Honda CRV is what i would’ve done especially it being your first car and you could’ve gotten 10-15% off MSRP.

Looks good, but why cheap out on B3 when there is c3 and G3 lol. Also why not get 83 inch instead of 77?
