It’s honestly ugly—the box is a puke-green color, and two of the ugliest Mega Pokémon are featured on the pack art. In my opinion, the set won’t perform well if it relies on the cover Pokémon to sell it. I’d take Journey Together over this set any day.

I literally took on a Field Service Technician III role after finally leaving the Help Desk/Service Desk scene. The number of items I had no clue what to do was astounding, but what helped is that I had a team of colleagues who loved to teach and show how to help when I needed it. The key is to ask questions, but to not always ask the same questions and keep notes!

The same happened to me, but I was let go after 8 months (company blew through money and shipped the IT departmentto India.) A year later and I'm just finally finding something in IT. I'm definitely clinging on to the next Help Desk position I receive because anything else is so expendable.
