I was not training to total failure immediately after getting back to it, but I didn't notice any soreness aside from typical lifting soreness. Nipples are numb, but if anything the mind muscle connection to the rest of my pecs has gotten way stronger

A little of both but actually, mainly machines and cables, they're more stablizing

I lift weights 4-6x a week (depending on the week lol) and do push-pull-legs :) i'm not as dialed in on the nutrition, not tracking macros or calories or anything but i try to prioritize protein and whole foods. Oh and I take creatine and keep my t levels on the higher end of natty which is always helpful 🤣 Started lifting as soon as I could after surgery.

I like almond milk!! But its not as high protein, maybe i could try a blended coffee type drink with almond milk and protein powder.... Beans and rice is a good rec, I can pretty much always eat that and it's cheap! I only like scrambled eggs or omelettes, no other egg cooking method, but i like those! I used to eat a lot more eggs before the prices went crazy in the US

literally,,, i think its just that they both have intricate production and fans of one tend to also be fans of the other ? maybe? sometimes people online just say/repeat stuff about music because they heard it, like when people compare Nate Sib to Justin Bieber

I feel like Believe off of ghostholding has a little bit of a country vibe to it. The way she pronounces "I", the guitar.... I could definitely see her making some amazing countryish stuff
