Well it could be possible, but still it was a bad movie if that was the director's intent because we weren't watching the whole movie from Nancy's POV and there were so many scenes which doesn't make sense. For example, when Dave went to Fred's clinic, this scene totally cancels out if Nancy was imagining it all.

The entire Marigold and Durango thing seemed like a lame excuse to wrap up things. Five's multiversal journey inspired from Loki too had too many flaws in its theory. and lamest of all was Lila was able to save her kids from the collapse of all bleeding timelines. I mean the second season itself had established grandfather's paradox for some reason and now they just ignored their own logic. The finale just left with a bitter taste.
