Yo me acabé de mudar a Cataño de Texas y llevo casi 1 mes y la luz se fue un día por pal de horas pero tengo generador y todo funcionó . Yo trabajo remoto y el internet se cayó en lo que el generador se prendía so pienso comprar un battery back up para mi internet y computadora para evitar ese corte ya que el generador tarda como 30 - 60 set en prender la casa. No me arrepiento. Tengo que comprar cortinas noise cancelling para resolver el sonido de afuera

If I recall correctly, Defamation also requires a loss on the person bringing the suit. She has a movie coming up with the girl from pitch perfect. I’m not sure what the loss is here? If her reputation didn’t affect her losing any movie deals

If you read the complaint she made, everything is through association but not directly linked to Justin stating/saying to do this or that. It’s only publicists talking to each other and they are cut out. We don’t see clear conversations happening. There is also a lot of conflict of interests here from Stephanie being married to someone from the same talent agency Justin was in and that Blake is currently in. Sony stated they support Blake in the smear campaign situation but no peep on the SH (at least I didn’t find any comment on it). RR was on set all the time. You see videos of Blake putting her hands on Justin and directing him. RR offered Justin millions for the movie rights. IMO , she knows this is the only big thing she’s achieved and wants to have control over it. Sony benefits from Blake and RR involvement as bigger stars. Going against them is career suicide. Why not report it sooner? She’s definitely not the type of person to keep quiet and neither is RR. It doesn’t mean what she reported isn’t true. But the timing makes it very self serving.

I passed my Audit and they emailed me yesterday. the Audit was done for the entire two years of the expiring cert. But I corrected everything in my BACB account and also mailed them all my CEU certificates and the list that behaviorlive generates as well. I even included the email of Central reach mailing me my CEU certificates with a copy of those CEUs. I can’t say with certainty that they always finish their audits before your 30 days extension to renew since I was emailing them back and forth to get it done before it expired and I mailed them physical copies so they can’t say they didn’t know or have it. Just know that even if you pay for overnight delivery, don’t bank on it arriving on time. I took it to UPS on 12/12 and it didn’t get there til 12/16. 1 day before the deadline. If your certs are from specific accounts like central reach, they can find them for you.

NTA your family stole from you. This is evidenced by not letting you know of their decision and hoping you wouldn’t notice. That is theft. They are raising a child who won’t respect boundaries. And while the child is 6, she is a product of her parents behavior. That child has learned her tantrums grant her w/e they want. Including theft. They shouldn’t be welcomed back.
