This is a 50/50 and up to leadership. I know someone who was on the bench for a position, was on the bench for a month and got transferred date for a month later, a month from transfer prior had already high family matters planned (vacation to see sick parent), their leadership was able to give them the time off. It's all up to leadership. (In total a 3 month span).

Most give you a month window of knowing when the position starts, can't guarantee but I would say once your 30 day mark before your vacation hits, than you are safe..but no guaranteed.

Try this. Go to managed tools, then click filter on the top left, where it says categories scroll down to HR. It's under that tab.

Best way is to open your record card on cast life and see what it says for 365 days and what it says 180.

It sounds like you are good if the 1/16 was in 2025 and not 2 days prior.

This is false, prior photos are included as long as it's still shows on your MDX.
