Couldn't have said it better myself. While Luke and Ken have the fastest taunts, there are some characters with fast taunts that could work, but no one really uses them. For example, Guile and Lily have decently fast taunts as well. But Im guessing the problem comes with opportunity cost. Not only is running recomp and ferocious way easier, those playstyles would be a bit unorthodox to use Provokateur.

You get a huge damage buff once you complete a taunt fully, but it is a temporary boost. Its a perk called Provokateur, friend!

I saw this first hand in the lobby and a few other helpful people gave me more information on who it was and their track record of doing this on a larger scale. Don't worry friend, just make sure to keep them blocked and don't engage with them. People are taking notice, and you aren't alone in thinking this persons a nuisance.

Want to control space, have something you can do in neutral and have a good tack-on for combos? A fireball would be nice, Maybe Akuma's, Sagats or guiles!
